This highly moisturizing lip treatment exfoliates and smooths lips that have become rough due to repeated dryness. Formulated with sugar scrub** to gently remove dead skin cells, it requires no rinsing. It also contains a moisturizing ingredient (glycerin) to deeply hydrate and soothe lips prone to roughness. Fragrance-free.
